david-bergmanDavid Bergman, Vice President, Standards and Training — David leads the team responsible for IPC standardization efforts, education and certification programs. He is also oversees globalization activities of IPC, including IPC’s Europe, India and China offices and representatives in Russia. A recipient of the U.S. EPA’s Stratospheric Ozone Protection Award and Soldertec Global’s Lead Free Solder Award, David was also selected to serve 10 years as Secretary General of the World Electronic Circuit Council.


Ken SchrmakoKenneth Schramko, Director, Government Relations — As IPC’s government relations director, Ken works to expand the association’s presence with policy makers and key audiences in Washington, D.C. In addition, he focuses on a variety of policy and regulatory issues that affect the electronics industry including export controls, tax, trade and advanced manufacturing and works closely with IPC’s Government Relations Steering Committee to identify new issues and opportunities for IPC and its members.


Sharon Starr, Director, Market Research — As director of market research, Sharon is responsible for all IPC market research studies and statistical programs. She has expanded and globalized these programs since joining IPC in 2003. Sharon also chairs the World Electronic Circuits Council (WECC) Statistics and Market Committee and is a regularly featured speaker at electronics industry events.


ChrisJChris Jorgensen, Director, Technology Transfer —As a member of IPC’s technical department, Chris’s primary responsibility is staff liaison to standards development committees. These committees are responsible for such standards as those for e-textiles and printed electronics.
